Established in 1986 by principal Pat O’Driscoll, the agency has grown significantly from a two person operation to currently employing over twenty five staff. This growth has seen expansion into our present Bolsover Street offices in Rockhampton, with separate office suites for the Property Management and Sales departments. The building was architecturally designed for our specific purposes and combines recycled timbers with modern interior décor. The result is a distinctive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and a pleasant working environment for staff.

In mid-2003, Pat O’Driscoll recognised the opportunity in the rapidly growing market within the sea change area of the Capricorn Coast, as a result of which we now have an office at the Coast which employs five staff.

To ensure our clients are provided with the most professional and individualised service possible, staff in both locations are specialists in their own fields of real estate. Our sales and property management teams have extensive local industry knowledge and training, and are able to offer clients comprehensive and current information on the local market.

One of the benefits of being an independent agency is that it enables us to take rapid advantage of advancements within the industry and also in developing information technology. Over the past 5 years Pat O’Driscoll Real Estate has made major investments in information systems and boasts the most up to date hardware and custom designed software packages within the state, assisting us to provide excellence in customer service.

Pat O’Driscoll himself is a third generation Rockhampton resident and is committed to the region. This is demonstrated by the significant amount of sponsorships and donations made every year to local sporting, cultural, education and community projects.
