Pat O’Driscoll has himself been actively involved in the commercial area since the mid 1980’s and, together with a specialist commercial team, uses this extensive experience to advantage in managing the property investment portfolios for clients Australia-wide.

Rob Delmenico is the agency’s Commercial Property Manager. Rob has been with Pat O’Driscoll Real Estate for 6 years, during which time he has built up an enviable knowledge of the commercial property market within Rockhampton and surrounding areas. Rob utilizes the company’s specialist databases to match clients with properties which match their investment requirements and, where appropriate, to find quality long-term tenants for those properties.

A team of 6 reception and administration staff provide specialist skills and experience in the support of the sales, property management and commercial property departments. The focus of the team is on providing quality assistance to both customers and agency staff.

This starts with responding to enquiries from clients promptly, knowledgeably and in a welcoming manner, and includes the maintenance of efficient systems to ensure the smooth handling of clients’ transactions from start to finish.
